• Attempt to bypass security features, reverse engineer the platform, or inject malicious code (malware, viruses).

4. Advertisement Postings & Verification

Users who submit advertisements through the "Post Advertisement" feature understand that all submissions undergo a review and verification process.

• Approval Process: Submitted ads are placed in a pending queue. We reserve the right to reject any ad that violates our content policies or doesn't meet technical requirements (e.g. dimensions, quality).
• Payments: Placing an ad requires payment according to the selected budget tier. An invoice or confirmation email will be sent to the email provided, and the ad will go live only after payment is verified.
• Content Ownership: You retain ownership of materials you submit but grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to host, display, and distribute the ad content on the Platform.

5. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

THE PLATFORM AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
